| CZ SERIES |
This is a
family of five different, very unique, brightener systems for cyanide zinc plating. Each
is designed with a specific plating application in mind. They are all super bright, highly
concentrated products, that provide outstanding performance in low, mid and high cyanide
baths and especially at low current densities. Deposits are ductile, and easily accept any
type of chromate. All are supplied as single additive, aldehyde-free maintenance
materials. |
| ABZ SERIES |
The ABZ
Series feature six different processes, each offering the latest developments in
alkaline non-cyanide zinc technology. Processes operate from 0.5 to 3.5 opg of zinc metal
while providing a bright, burn free deposit that exhibits excellent covering power and
uniform plate distribution. The products are designed to provide a full bright plate
without blistering, peeling or flaking that occurs in competitive products. Deposits
easily accept any chromate finish and do not discolor. All ABZ Processes
are easy to use single additive maintenance brighteners that do not contain complexors or
chelators. |

| AZ SERIES |
AZ
Processes are unique, ultra high performance chloride zinc plating systems that
offer super bright, lustrous, fine-grained deposits over the entire plating range.
Processes are available for use with ammonium, or mixed potassium/ammonium electrolytes.
Baths are tolerant to dissolved iron and organic contamination. Deposits are very ductile
and chromate easily. |
| KZ SERIES |
These advanced formula products
offer a very wide bath operating window, super bright, super lustrous deposits and a high
cloud point, enabling efficient plating even at high operating temperatures. All baths
include excellent covering and throwing power, ductile deposits, easy chromating and
excellent performance with potassium or a mixed potassium/ammonium electrolyte. Five
formulations are available for specific applications. |

| ZINCALLOY |
Zincalloy Processes
are a family of alloy zinc plating systems that offer superior corrosion resistance never
before available in a zinc plating system. These unique processes, combined with the Briteguard
Protective System, can produce deposits that can withstand up to 10 times the
corrosion resistance of conventional zinc. The Zincalloy Processes are
available in zinc/cobalt, zinc/iron, and zinc/nickel formulations. All Zincalloy
baths are easy to use, easy to control and easy to chromate. |
