A Brite has advanced the science of
cleaning and been a leader in developing new cleaner technology.
Our dedication to this effort has produced a new generation of
cleaners that solve today's toughest cleaning challenges. Below
are but a few of the over forty SPARKLEEN electrocleaners
available for multiple cleaning applications. |
| SPARKLEEN
290CU |
Highly alkaline, non-wetted electrocleaner for copper, copper alloys, and copper strip. It cleans and activates without pitting, etching, blackening, foaming or otherwise attacking the base metal. Ideal for high-speed reel to reel plating, and high-speed cyanide copper prior to nickel plating. Eliminates pinhole blisters encountered in plating over copper plate. |
|

|
| SPARKLEEN
307 |
Balanced blend of free rinsing alkaline materials and detergents which give it maximum scrubbing and activating power. Very economical general purpose
electrocleaner. |
|

|
SPARKLEEN
335
SPARKLEEN 336 |
Non-chelated electrocleaner specially formulated for zinc die-cast, brass and steel. Because of its high detergency, it can be utilized as a soak cleaner in many applications. Ideally suited for poor and hard water conditions. Phosphated and non-phosphated formulations. |
|

|
SPARKLEEN
354
SPARKLEEN 355
SPARKLEEN 359 |
Low wetted, chelated, heavy duty alkaline electrocleaner for steel and copper. Offers maximum scrubbing and activating power. Designed to loosen and remove rust and scale. Ideal for cleaning nuts, bolts, screws and tooling parts that have been heat treated and/or for any scaled materials. Phosphated or phosphate free. |
|

|
SPARKLEEN
366
SPARKLEEN 367 |
Low wetted, multi-purpose alkaline soak/electrocleaner for copper, copper alloys, brass, leaded brass and steel. Cleans and activates without pitting, etching, blackening or otherwise attacking the base metal. Its moderately low caustic level and high detergency enables the effective cleaning of steel parts as well, eliminating multiple
electrocleaners. |
|

|
SPARKLEEN
334l
SPARKLEEN 369L
SPARKLEEN 370 |
Low foam, powerful, liquid electrocleaners for steel, copper, copper alloys and brass, leaded brass and in many cases zinc die-cast. Designed to inhibit the pitting and etching often associated with the electrocleaning of these metals. Ideal for the removal of buffing compounds, machine oils, cutting oils and shop soils. It is highly recommended for use in the processing of bumpers, furniture, plumbing fixtures or most any non-ferrous application. Unique surfactants and cleaning agents are only available in a liquid form. |
|

|
| SPARKLEEN
372 |
All purpose, general soak/electrocleaner for steel and copper. It has exceptional cleaning power, removing a wide variety of oils, soils and greases from steel prior to any metal finishing operation. It is a medium alkaline product, slightly silicated and chelated, highly wetted, without phosphates. Available in powder, liquid or liquid additive
formulatons. |
|

|
| SPARKLEEN
373 |
Removes a wide variety of oils, soils and greases from steel prior to any metal finishing operation. In many cases, it can act as a soak cleaner where limited cleaning is available. High alkaline product, slightly silicated non-chelated, non-phosphated, very low wetted. It quickly removes smuts, light rusts, weld and heat treat scale. Available in powder, liquid or liquid additive formulations. |
|

|
| SPARKLEEN
374L |
Mid-high-alkaline, silicated, phosphate free, slightly chelated, and low wetted formulation. It will loosen and remove light rust, scale and weld smoke. It contains a balanced blend of free-rinsing alkaline materials and detergents which give it maximum scrubbing and activating power while minimizing dragout of cleaner on the work being processed. Available as a liquid or liquid additive. |
|

|
SPARKLEEN
376
SPARKLEEN 377 |
Sodium and potassium based respectively, highly alkaline, low-detergency, phosphate-free, chelated and silicated. It is specifically designed to loosen and remove rust, scale and weld smoke. It contains a balanced blend of free-rinsing alkaline materials and detergents which give it maximum scrubbing and activating power. |

| LA
CONCENTRATES |
Highly concentrated liquid additives designed to be utilized with your caustic soda. These are powerful surfactant packages that offer superior cleaning action compared to conventional cleaners. In many cases, cleaning can be done at lower temperatures, which dramatically reduces the dependence on expensive energy. They are available for both soak and electrocleaning applications and are formulated to remove tough oils, buffing and stamping compounds, drawing oils, scale, rust, smut and fingerprints. They offer 25-50% savings compared to typical cleaner make up and maintenance. One drum is the equivalent of 2.5 drums of powdered product. This reduces inventory and freight costs as well as storage space. |
| If
you have a unique cleaning requirement, we are capable of
